Placement Rules & Regulations
To maintain the reputation of Navkar Pharmacy College and ensure a fair opportunity for all, the Training & Placement Cell has established the following rules. These regulations are binding for all students appearing for campus or off-campus recruitment drives.
Eligibility Criteria
| Rule | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Registration | Only students registered with the T&P Cell and having a verified "Master Resume" are eligible. |
| Attendance | Minimum 75% academic attendance is mandatory to participate in any recruitment drive. |
| Academic Standing | Students with more than 2 active backlogs are generally not permitted (subject to company-specific criteria). |
Code of Conduct for Students
- Punctuality: Students must report to the venue 15 minutes before the Pre-Placement Talk (PPT).
- Dress Code: Business formals and College ID cards are mandatory for all interview rounds.
- One Job Policy: Once a student receives an offer, they are de-registered from further drives to allow others a chance.
- No-Show Policy: Registering for a drive and not appearing without prior notice will lead to debarment from the next 3 drives.
- Direct Contact: Direct communication with company HR/Officials is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the TPO.
Recruitment Workflow
All drives typically follow this sequence of events:
Important: Any student found providing fraudulent information in their resume or misbehaving during an interview will be blacklisted from all future placement assistance.
