Discipline & Code of Conduct
Navkar D & B Pharmacy College & Research Center maintains a high standard of discipline to ensure a conducive environment for learning and professional growth. All students are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.
General Rules of Conduct

| Attendance | A minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practicals is mandatory as per PCI/University norms. |
| Uniform & ID Card | Students must wear the prescribed college uniform and carry their valid Identity Card at all times on campus. |
| Punctuality | Students must be present in the classroom/laboratory at least 5 minutes before the commencement of the session. |
| Campus Decorum | Use of mobile phones in academic areas is strictly prohibited. Maintenance of silence in the library and corridors is essential. |
Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging in any form is a criminal offense and is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the college premises. Any student found involved will face immediate rustication and legal action.
Substance Abuse
The campus is a strictly "No Smoking and No Tobacco" zone. Possession or consumption of alcohol or prohibited drugs will lead to permanent dismissal.
Leave of Absence:
Prior written permission from the Principal/HOD is required for any leave. In case of medical emergencies, a medical certificate must be submitted immediately upon rejoining.
